M-Fibre side light fibre system wins 2020 DesignPlus Award
Our M-Fibre side light fibre system has won the “exhibitor” category of the Design Plus powered by Light + Building award. We are delighted to have won the award, which is viewed as a product quality seal and honours future viability, innovative design and energy-efficient technology.
126 companies from 24 countries entered 177 products into the competition, which is organised by the German Design Council, with awards being given by Messe Frankfurt. In the end, 34 products were award winners. A highly qualified jury of experts assesses a range of factors, including:
– Design: Quality of design, choice of material, universal design
– Ecology: Energy efficiency, sustainability (use of resources), life time
– Technology: Innovation, function, technical quality and integration capability
We are very proud to have won the award for our side light fibre system. We are also delighted that Berker is one of the 2020 winners too. It was given an award for its 1930 series of illuminated turning switches, the LED lighting for which was supplied by us.
All of the award-winning products will be displayed in a special exhibition at Light + Building (Hall 1.2, Stand A51/B51) from 8 to 13 March 2020. Our M-Fibre side light fibre system will of course also be on show at our own stand at Light and Building (Hall 8.0 | Stand D21).
